Communication ProcessThe communication process starts with an idea, which the sender must get to the receiver. In order to do so the sender must choose a communication channel, for example a phone call. Now its the receivers responsibility to answer the phone and talk with the sender in order to give feed back, which shows the sender that they understand their idea. But there is always a chance of a communication barrier which in this example may be that the sender doesn't have cell service to communicate with the receiver.

From This assignment I learned how communication can either be the key to success or a barrier to success, based on how its used. For example non-verbal communication is extremely important, as a negative tone and outlook will land you nowhere, while being positive and asserting issues will build into success. By doing this assignment I was able to acknowledge these facts based on past work and experiences for activities in class.
